Open the Messages tab on Pool HQ to post an announcement. All active members see it on the Overview tab; members who opted into pool message emails also receive it in their inbox.
Pick reminders (where enabled) nudge members who have not submitted picks before deadline. Pick-entry roles can trigger reminders from commissioner tools where available.
