Is an NFL office pool free on Office Pool Hub?
Yes. Creating and running a pool is free. There is no subscription or per-player fee.
Can we run a full-season NFL pool?
Yes. OPH supports full-season pools with weekly scoring, tiebreakers, season standings, and renewal for next year.
Can players still use paper pick sheets?
Yes. Print blank sheets from your pool hub or the main Pick Sheets menu. Admins can scan completed sheets with OPH Vision or enter picks manually.
What NFL pool formats does OPH support?
Pick'em (straight-up winners), confidence pools, and survivor pools. You choose the format when you create the pool.
Do I have to set up tiebreakers every week?
For full-season pools, you can configure tiebreaker games each week or skip setup and let OPH apply recommended games (usually Monday night primary, Sunday night fallback). See Help Center → Weekly tiebreaker setup for details.
Can a scorekeeper enter picks without changing pool settings?
Yes. Assign the Pick entry role so helpers can print sheets, scan with OPH Vision, and enter picks — without access to pool settings or member management.
