My Account → Profile includes "Share my email with pool admins." It is off by default. When off, your email is omitted from commissioner CSV exports but your display name still appears on leaderboards.
Commissioners always see join-request emails when you apply to an approval pool so they can approve the right person. Paper-entry emails you give directly to an admin are stored for that entry only.
