OfficePoolHub.com ("OfficePoolHub," "we," "us," or "our") provides a free online platform for creating, joining, and managing sports pick'em pools for entertainment among friends, coworkers, families, and leagues. By creating an account, joining a pool, or otherwise using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Entertainment Only; No Gambling

OfficePoolHub is provided strictly for free entertainment purposes. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, process payments for pool outcomes, or distribute cash, prizes, or anything of monetary value based on pool results. Any money, gifts, prizes, or side arrangements between pool participants happen entirely outside the Service and are not our responsibility. Using the Service to facilitate gambling or unlawful wagering is prohibited. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your location.

2. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that scores, standings, deadlines, or other information will always be accurate or timely.

3. Scores, Standings, and Deadlines

Game data, scores, and standings are updated on a best-effort basis using third-party sources. Updates may be delayed due to provider availability, maintenance, or other factors outside our control. Pool admins set pool rules and deadlines, and members are responsible for submitting picks before applicable lock times. We are not liable for incorrect scores, delayed updates, missed deadlines, lock-time disputes, or standings calculations.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is not intended for children under 13, and you must be old enough to consent to these Terms where you live.

5. Pool Admins and Members

Pool admins create and manage pools, including membership rules, tiebreakers, and communications with their members. When you join a pool, you understand that the pool admin controls that pool's settings and may communicate with participants through the Service or by email. OfficePoolHub does not control individual pool rules, admin decisions, member disputes, or admin communications.

6. Your Pools; No Responsibility for Pool Activity

OfficePoolHub provides software tools only. We are not a party to your pool and do not supervise, endorse, or guarantee how any pool is run. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Pool admins and participants are solely responsible for their pool's rules, conduct, communications, and outcomes
• We are not responsible for disputes between pool members, commissioners, scorekeepers, or any third party
• We are not responsible for lost, late, incorrect, or disputed picks; manual entry errors; paper sheet handling; or OCR/scanning results
• We are not responsible for any financial loss, prize disputes, workplace issues, or other consequences arising from pool participation
• You use the Service and participate in pools at your own risk

If you create or join a pool, you acknowledge that OfficePoolHub is a neutral platform provider and accepts no liability for what happens within or because of your pool.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation:

• Using the Service for gambling, illegal activity, or harassment
• Attempting to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Posting unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content
• Creating accounts or pool entries to evade restrictions or impersonate others

8. Communications

By registering, you agree to receive Service-related emails such as account verification, password resets, security notices, and operational messages. You may also receive pool-related communications from pool admins whose pools you join. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and checking spam or filtered folders.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by OfficePoolHub or its licensors. OfficePoolHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAA, or any other professional or collegiate league or team. Team names, logos, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove content, or disable accounts at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfficePoolHub and its owners, operators, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from your use of the Service or reliance on information displayed through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) zero dollars, because the Service is free.

Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for pool outcomes, admin actions, participant conduct, third-party data errors, service outages, or any offline arrangements between pool members.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OfficePoolHub from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your pool participation, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
