How it works

From photo to picks in four steps

The workflow is designed for busy pool admins on game day, not for perfect studio photos.

1. Upload a photo Open Pick Sheets in your pool and upload a picture of the completed sheet. Good lighting and a flat photo help, but you do not need special equipment.

2. OPH Vision reads the sheet The system extracts text from the image and tries to match team names and marks to the games on your pool slate.

3. Review suggested picks Matched games pre-fill on the pick entry screen. Green highlights show what was read from the photo. Confirm or change anything before saving.

4. Assign the player and save Link the sheet to a registered member or create a paper-only entry. Picks count in standings like any online submission.

Getting the most from a photo

Use good light

Avoid heavy shadows across the sheet. A well-lit photo on a flat surface reads much better than a crumpled sheet on a desk.

Keep the full slate visible

Include every game row and any tiebreaker lines in the frame so OPH Vision can match the whole sheet.

Review before you save

Handwriting varies. A quick pass over suggested picks takes seconds and prevents a wrong team from slipping through.
