Pick your settings, print a one-page rules sheet, and post it where your group can see it. Entertainment only. Office Pool Hub does not collect entry fees or pay prizes.
Many weekly pick'em pools crown a winner by correct picks. When two or more people tie, a tiebreaker breaks the deadlock. The most common tiebreaker is the combined final score of a Monday night game: each player submits one number, and the closest guess wins. If you still have a tie, pick a second rule in advance, such as closest without going over or earliest entry time.
Write deadlines before the season starts. If someone misses the deadline, follow the missed-pick rule you printed. For postponed games, decide up front whether the pick counts when the game is played or is void. Keep a copy of these rules in the pool hub or break room so everyone sees the same text.
