Pick-entry staff can create paper entries with a display name (and optional email) so picks count on the leaderboard even before the player registers.
Link to account (owner/commissioner only) merges a paper entry into a registered member. You can link to someone already in the pool or invite a new email — a magic login link is sent, and email is verified when they use it.
