Commissioners and pick-entry roles can use OPH Vision from the pool Pick Sheets tab → intake flow. Upload a photo of a handwritten or printed sheet. OPH matches team names to games and pre-fills the pick form for you to confirm.
Numbered batch QR sheets follow a similar path: scan the sheet or open the QR link, then review picks on the entry screen. Vision works best with clear photos, good lighting, and horizontal sheet layout.
If scanning is unavailable
You can always enter picks manually for any entry. Scanning requires Google Vision to be enabled on the server — your commissioner will see a clear message if it is not configured.
