Share the pool code or invite link from Invite & TV. Public pools appear on Find a Pool; private pools need the code (and password if set).
Approval pools queue join requests on the Players tab — commissioners approve or deny. Pending request emails are visible to commissioners in the join queue; member emails in exports respect each player's privacy opt-in.
Removing a member drops them from the pool. Banning prevents them from rejoining with the same account until a commissioner lifts the ban.
